Penandatanganan MoU dan MoA antara Universitas Merangin dan PA Bangko, Tingkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Fakultas Hukum
Bangko, 12 November 2024 – Universitas Merangin bersama Fakultas Hukum (FH) telah melaksanakan penandatanganan Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dan Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) dengan Pengadilan Agama (PA) Bangko. Acara tersebut berlangsung di Kantor PA Bangko dan diimplementasikan dalam suatu kerjasama yang diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Merangin.
Rektor Universitas Merangin, Dr. Yesi Elfisa, M.Pd., membuka acara ini dengan menyampaikan harapan besar agar kerjasama ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. “Melalui kesepakatan ini, kami berharap dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya cakap dalam teori hukum, tetapi juga siap untuk berkontribusi dalam dunia peradilan dan industri,” ungkapnya.
Acara ini juga dihadiri oleh Ketua PA Bangko, Bapak Syamsul Hadi, S.Ag., M.Sy., yang memberikan sambutannya tentang pentingnya sinergi antara perguruan tinggi dan lembaga peradilan. Menurutnya, kesepakatan ini akan membuka peluang bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum untuk mendapatkan pengalaman praktis yang berguna dalam proses pendidikan mereka.
Beberapa pihak yang hadir dalam acara ini antara lain, Wakil Rektor 1 Ibu Leni Marlina, M.Si., Dekan Fakultas Hukum Bapak Muhtar Dahri, S.H., M.H., Ketua Program Studi Hukum Bapak Febrian Chandra, S.H., M.H., serta Kasubbag Kerjasama Maria, Sp.d.
Melalui MoU dan MoA ini, diharapkan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Merangin akan semakin diminati oleh para calon mahasiswa sebagai pilihan pendidikan tinggi yang berkualitas, serta menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi dan kesiapan untuk terjun langsung ke dunia kerja, khususnya di bidang hukum dan peradilan.
