Universitas Merangin dan PN Bangko Tandatangani MoU dan MoA untuk Tingkatkan Kualitas Pendidikan Fakultas Hukum
Bangko, 11 November 2024 – Universitas Merangin dan Fakultas Hukum menjalin kerja sama dengan Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Bangko melalui penandatanganan Nota Kesepahaman (MoU) dan Perjanjian Kerja Sama (MoA) yang berlangsung pada 11 November 2024. Acara ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat kolaborasi dalam peningkatan kualitas Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, khususnya dalam bidang pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Fakultas Hukum.
Acara dimulai dengan sambutan dari Rektor Universitas Merangin, Dr. Yesi Elfisa, M.Pd., yang menyampaikan harapannya agar kerja sama ini dapat membawa dampak positif bagi perkembangan Fakultas Hukum. “Kerja sama ini diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Fakultas Hukum, tetapi juga menghasilkan lulusan yang siap terjun ke dunia peradilan dan industri,” ujar Dr. Yesi Elfisa.
Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Bangko, Bapak Acep Sopian Sauri, S.H., M.H., juga memberikan sambutan yang mendalam mengenai pentingnya hubungan antara dunia pendidikan dan institusi peradilan. “Kerja sama ini membuka peluang bagi mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum untuk lebih dekat dengan praktek peradilan, serta memahami proses hukum secara langsung,” tambahnya.
Penandatanganan MoU dan MoA ini dilaksanakan oleh pihak Universitas Merangin yang diwakili oleh Rektor, Dr. Yesi Elfisa, M.Pd., dan PN Bangko yang diwakili oleh Ketua PN Bangko, Bapak Acep Sopian Sauri, S.H., M.H. Kesepakatan ini juga melibatkan beberapa pejabat penting, di antaranya Wakil Rektor 1 Ibu Leni Marlina, M.Si., Wakil Rektor 3 Bapak Dr. Ali Basroh, M.Pd., Dekan Fakultas Hukum Bapak Muhtar Dahri, S.H., M.H., serta Kepala Program Studi Hukum Bapak Febrian Chandra, S.H., M.H.
Acara ini juga dihadiri oleh jajaran dosen dan mahasiswa di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Merangin. Diharapkan dengan adanya kerja sama ini, Fakultas Hukum Universitas Merangin dapat semakin menjadi pilihan utama bagi para calon mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan mereka, serta dapat menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan siap berkompetisi di dunia peradilan dan industri.
