Kepala MAN 2 Merangin Bapak Fahru, S.Ag menerima kunjungan Tim dari STIH YPM Bangko, yang diwakili oleh Bapak Salman S.Hi, MH. Pertemuan digelar diruang Kerja Kepala Madrasah, selaku Kepala Madrasah ia mengucapkan terimakasih atas kunjungan dari Kampus STIH Bangko, ia berharap nantinya STIH dapat bekerjasama dalam banyak hal dan memberi kesempatan siswa/i tidak mampu dari MAN 2 Merangin yang ingin kuliah disana untuk memperoleh Beasiswa, ia juga optimis Kampus STIH ini akan maju dan berkembang sama seperti STKIP Bangko yang sudah terkenal dan sudah banyak meluluskan sarjana-sarjana yang berkualistas.
Salman, S.Hi, MH memaparkan bahwa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum YPM merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Swasta pendatang baru di Kabupaten Merangin, bernaung dibawah Yayasan Pendidikan Merangin Kampus ini menjadi “saudara kandung” STKIP YPM Bangko yang telah menjadi salah satu Kampus Favorit di Kabupaten Merangin, ia berharap nantinya siswa/i MAN 2 Merangin dapat melanjutkan study ke perguruan tinggi di STIH YPM Bangko, kita melaksanakan perkuliahan di Gedung Kampus Talang Kawo, pungkasnya.
