Fakultas Hukum Universitas Merangin Selenggarakan Diklat TA 2024/2025, Diikuti oleh Pemateri dari Pengadilan Negeri dan Pengadilan Agama Bangko
Bangko, 16 Januari 2025 – Fakultas Hukum Universitas Merangin kembali menyelenggarakan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) untuk mahasiswa angkatan Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Diklat kali ini menjadi yang terakhir dengan kurikulum lama yang diterapkan oleh Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Hukum Yayasan Pendidikan Merangin (STIH YPM), sebelum dilakukan pembaruan kurikulum di masa mendatang. Turut hadir pada kesempatan itu, Rektor Universitas Merangin Ibu Dr. Yesi Elfisa, M.Pd., Dekan FH Bapak Muhtar Dahri, S.H., M.H., Ka Prodi Hukum Bapak Febrian Chandra, S.H., M.H. Serta bapak/ibu Dosen di lingkungan FH.
Diklat yang berlangsung pada 16 Januari 2025 ini menghadirkan dua pemateri yang sangat berkompeten di bidangnya, yaitu Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Bangko, Acep Sopian Sauri, S.H., M.H., dan Ketua Pengadilan Agama Bangko, Syamsul Hadi, S.Ag., M.Sy. Keduanya memberikan wawasan mendalam tentang proses hukum yang berlaku di kedua lembaga peradilan tersebut.
Dekan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Merangin, Bapak Muhtar Dahri, S.H., M.H., dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa kegiatan diklat ini memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan keterampilan mahasiswa, agar mereka siap menghadapi tantangan di dunia hukum setelah kelulusan. “Diklat ini memberikan pengalaman langsung kepada mahasiswa tentang dinamika dunia peradilan, sekaligus menjadi bagian dari persiapan akhir mereka dalam memasuki dunia praktik hukum,” ungkap Bapak Muhtar.
Selain itu, diklat ini juga menjadi sarana bagi mahasiswa untuk memperdalam pemahaman mereka tentang sistem peradilan di Indonesia, serta mengenal lebih jauh mekanisme hukum yang berlaku di Pengadilan Negeri dan Pengadilan Agama.
Dengan dilaksanakannya diklat ini, diharapkan mahasiswa Fakultas Hukum Universitas Merangin dapat memperoleh bekal yang cukup untuk menghadapi karir profesional mereka di bidang hukum, serta memperkuat keterampilan praktis yang akan berguna di dunia kerja.
